The Rockit Live Foundation’s Fourth Annual Gala at Two River Theater on August 22, 2019, honored Ricky Byrd, Recovery Troubadour and 2015 Rock & Roll Hall of Fame Inductee with Joan Jett & the Blackhearts, and presented the Rockit Impact Award to Lou Pallo. Rockit Live Foundation was proud to honor Mr. Byrd for his dedication and commitment to young artists, music education, and recovery, using music to spread his message of hope and awareness. The evening’s benefit concert featured live musical performances from the Rockit Academy, Ricky Byrd, and special guests Eddie Brigati, Susan Brigati, Lou Pallo, Vini “Mad Dog” Lopez, and Genya Ravan.
